Risks: $NSIG and The Signal
Last updated: 4 October 2026
Read this before you buy $NSIG. If you don't understand a risk, don't buy.
About $NSIG
- $NSIG can lose part or all of its value. Its price can fall to zero, quickly and for no visible reason.
- $NSIG may not always be easy to sell. Its only trading pool may hold too little NEAR for your sale, and large sales move the price a lot.
- $NSIG may not always be transferable, for example if Nearly, Rhea, NEAR or your wallet has a problem.
- $NSIG gives you no rights: no share of profits or revenue, no vote, no claim on anyone, no refund. Its only use is to unlock faster alerts and more tools on The Signal.
- $NSIG may stop being useful for The Signal, for example if the service fails or is discontinued, or if the tiers change.
- No protection schemes: $NSIG isn't covered by any investor compensation scheme or deposit guarantee scheme.
- Nobody has approved or reviewed $NSIG or this page: no regulator and no auditor.
About the launch and the market
- Bots and fast traders buy first. On Nearly, automated buyers often trade within the first minute of a launch, and Nearly has no setting to stop them. Early buyers may sell at any time.
- Fake tokens copy the name. Anyone can launch a token called NSIG. The only $NSIG is the address shown in the token section of our homepage. Check every character.
- Trading costs money. Every trade pays Nearly's 1% pool fee and $NSIG's 1% token tax (on buys and on sells, fixed for good). Price impact comes on top. Nearly sells the part of the tax that isn't burned into the $NSIG pool, which adds selling pressure.
- Holder payouts from the tax are not income you can count on. 60% of the tax left after Nearly's 30% is paid to holders by Nearly's own service. It depends on trading volume and on Nearly, it can stop at any time, and it is not a reason to buy.
- Most tokens on launchpads lose most of their value.
- You don't need to buy in the first minutes. Everything on the dashboard is free for everyone during the first 7 days after launch.
About the creator (conflicts of interest)
- The creator wallet, shown in the token section of our homepage, earns 0.56% of every $NSIG trade through Nearly's pool fee, plus 0.14% of every trade from the token tax (20% of the tax left after Nearly's 30%). It is paid in NEAR from buys and in $NSIG from sells. The project earns more when more people trade $NSIG.
- No creator first buy: the creator wallet does not buy $NSIG in the launch transaction.
- The creator wallet policy is a public promise, not something the blockchain enforces. Anyone can watch the wallet on nearblocks.io.
About the technology
- Nearly's contracts have no public audit, and Nearly can upgrade its factory contract. Nearly's locker holding the launch liquidity has no access keys and no method to remove it, and the token can't mint more. We haven't audited any of this.
- Nearly changed its fee terms in the days before our launch. We don't control Nearly, Rhea, NEAR or your wallet.
- Blockchain transactions are final. Mistakes (wrong address, wrong amount) usually can't be undone.
- Never share your seed phrase. We will never ask for it, never DM first, and never ask you to send or approve a transaction.
About The Signal (the service)
- Not advice. Alerts describe what accounts and markets did. They aren't recommendations to buy or sell. "Smart money" and the safety check use automatic rules on past data. Past results don't predict future ones, and a token with no flags can still fail.
- Faster alerts don't mean better trades. The data is public on NEAR. Tiers change how fast The Signal shows it to you, not what anyone can see.
- Data can be late, wrong or missing. It comes from third parties (Intear, FastNEAR, NEAR RPC) and can lag or break.
- The service can go down, be busy (live connections are limited), change, or stop.
- Tier amounts and delays can change. Any change is announced on the site and on X at least 14 days before it applies.
Regulation and tax
- No crypto-asset white paper has been published or notified to any authority for $NSIG.
- Laws on crypto-assets change, and some countries restrict them. Don't buy $NSIG where that's illegal for you.
- You are responsible for any taxes on buying, holding or selling $NSIG.
Bottom line: only buy $NSIG to use The Signal, and only with money you can afford to lose completely.
